Management Development Program (MDP)

MDP is a comprehensive training and development program for managers. The aim of the program is the collaborative development and qualification of the global management team and the global establishment of the Carl Zeiss management culture.

The MDP is divided into several modules and its participants are international. Along with the areas of focus in terms of content previously mentioned, other core components of the MDP are the intensive exchange between managers, discussion of the corporate strategy and the understanding of the role as a manager at Carl Zeiss.
